GHANAIANS ARE LOOKING UP TO US- JOHN MAHAMA

Former President John Dramani Mahama has reiterated his call on executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) across all levels of the party to work hard between now and December 2024 to ensure that the NDC’s victory in the polls is emphatic.  Addressing branch and constituency executives on the first day of his campaign in the Bono East Region, Mr. Mahama said “Ghanaians are looking up to us, the NDC, to win power and save them from their present predicament of hardship, high living cost, lack of critical infrastructure in their communities among others”.  Mr. Mahama who is campaigning to lead his party to the next election told his audience in many of the constituencies visited that he will “work hard for Ghana and the people of Ghana” when elected President in 2024.  The John Mahama Campaign on Friday visited a total of six (6) constituencies to meet and interact with the branch and constituency executives.   According to the President, his government has been accountable with regard to how it spends monies borrowed.  Delivering the State of the Nation Address on Wednesday, March 8, President Akufo-Addo said his government only spent money on things that are urgent and necessary.  “Mr Speaker, let me state emphatically that we have not been reckless in borrowing and in spending. It is worth noting that the debts we are servicing were not only contracted during the period of this administration. “Mr Speaker, we have spent money on things that are urgent, to build roads and bridges and schools, to train our young people and equip them to face a competitive world,” the President said.  However, President Akufo-Addo added that there is a lot government needs to do.  With this, he thus courted the support of the citizenry to ensure the development of the country.  “Considering the amount of work that still needs to be done on the state of our roads, the bridges that have to be buil

Encourage John Mahama to initiate more of the policies that will bring sanity into our politics.   Mr. Azure has expressed his views on the statement made by Former President John Mahama on ex-cratia. He stated that there were times he believed that women who wore trousers which he considered to be men's attire would not go to heaven but now he no longer believe in some of those views he held 10 years ago. If you dig them up one day, and he hold a different view from what he used to believe in, it should not amount to hypocrisy. As he grow and learn, new information and perspectives shape his thinking. -Hon Sam Okudzeto Ablakwa is very happy the Right Honourable speaker has admitted their two crucial Private Members Motion.He said " The Right Honourable Speaker has admitted our two crucial Private Members' Motion on government's draconian debt restructuring and on the imperative to establish a committee of enquiry into the scandal-dominated " National" Cathedral Project." The former UT bank boss Prince Kofi Amoabeng has accused President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo and Ken Ofori Atta the finance Minister of back stabbing him. He was speaking on Wednesday, March 1, 2023. edition of Onua Maakye hosted by Captain Smart.   Ex-President Mahama has decided to launch his bid to lead the National Democratic Congress to the 2024 elections.
